Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. in Room 307/309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purpose(s):

1. To approve the minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s public hearing of April 27, 2016 and the minutes of the Water Pollution Control Authority’s public hearing of April 27, 2016.

2. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Director of Public Works, to approve the award of Contract Bid #16-835T as it relates to the Pump Station #11 Force Main replacement.

3. Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to determine preliminary benefit assessments to be levied for the construction of a sewer system affecting properties located in all or part of the following areas: Joann Circle, Acorn Lane and Clover Road (Contract #66).
