Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on April 28, 2016, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1.ADOPTED: Map Amendment #712, Appl. #16-006 by 785 Post Road East, LLC for property owned by 785 Post Road East LLC for an amendment to the zoning map to rezone property located at 785 Post Road East from Residence A/GBD zone to Residence A/GBD-IHZ zone, PID #E09191000. Effective date: May 28, 2016
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
