Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on May 4, 2011 Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:
1. 553 Riverside Avenue/Application WPL #8792-11; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Land-Tech Consultants for the replacement of an existing dock with a 20 slip marina. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
2. 34 Harbor Road/ Application WPL #8813-11; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Ochman Associates Inc. for the demolition of an existing single family residence and the construction of a new single family residence and associated site improvements. Work is within the 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
