LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:


1. 18 Keyser Road:  ZBA Appl. #7470 by Alexis Donnerstag for property owned by Alexis and Patrick Donnerstag for a variance for setbacks and for building and total coverage for a new single family residence on existing foundation, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C06120000. 


2. 9 Owenoke Park:  ZBA Appl. #7476 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by 9 Owenoke Park LLC, for a variance for building and total coverage for the construction of a new FEMA compliant single family residence to be consistent with the Coastal Area  Management Act, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03167000.


3. 1000 Post Road East:  ZBA Appl. #7477 by Daniel Brennan, Starbucks Agent, for property owned by Compass Rose Property Co. Inc., for a variance for signage for Starbucks, for more than one free standing sign, for signage more than thirty two (32) square feet and for signs in the Highway Service District (HSD), for property located in the HSD zone, PID #F09057000.


4. 217 Compo Road South:  ZBA Appl. #7478 by Jill O’Shea for property owned by Jill O’Shea for a variance for coverage for second floor addition to existing dwelling and for legalization of detached garage over coverage and for more than one story, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #C05107000.


5. 40 Narrow Rocks Road:   ZBA Appl. #7479 by Steven Keedle for property owned by George Maddaloni for a variance for coverage for additions to single family dwelling over coverage, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #C05125000.


At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
