LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
May 4, 2011
Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission acting in its capacity as the Aquifer Protection Agency made the following decision at its May 4, 2011 public hearing in conformance with Section 6 of Public Act 10-135 which became effective October 1, 2010:
An effective date of June 1, 2011 was set by the Commission for the amendments it approved on February 16, 2011 to Section 4, “Prohibited and Regulated Activities” and Section 8, “Registration Requirements” of the Town of Westport Aquifer Protection Area Regulations.
A full text of the amendment may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
