LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 
the following action was taken:


1. GRANTED:  8 Brightfield Lane, ZBA Appl. #7468 by Stewart Reifler for property owned by Stewart Reifler for the conveyance of a portion of 8 Brightfield Lane to Nancy Aldrich, owner of 45 Center Street, PID #F08123000, for a variance for the reduction of lot area of 8 Brightfield Lane, resulting in the creation of a non-conforming lot for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #F07050000.


2. GRANTED:  2C Cross Highway, ZBA Appl. #7469 by Wolfram and Marianna Kursten for property owned by Wolfram and Marianna Kursten for a variance for setbacks and coverage, for the expansion of the existing second floor bedroom, and dormers, and to legalize the existing fish pond, patio and trellis, air conditioning unit and pad, and pad for grill, for property located in Residence A zone, PID C11134000.


3.
