1. 11 Old Mill Road:  (The following application is continued from 3/8/16 and 4/12/16. Testimony was previously taken. A new legal notice was published on 4/15/16 and 4/22/16) ZBA Appl. #7460 by Richard Redniss, Redniss & Mead, Inc.  for property owned by Joseph Feinleib for variances for the construction of two (2) new FEMA compliant residences, swimming pool and for parking located off-site; variances for the cottage for setbacks, coverage, height in feet and setbacks to water bodies, and variances for the principal building for setbacks, coverage, height for stories, parking located off-site and for grading within five (5) feet of the property line on a lot located in Residence B zone, PID #E040580000.


2. 12 Sterling Drive:  ZBA Appl. #7473 by Richard Benson for property owned by RB Properties, LLC for a variance for coverage, for renovations and addition to an existing single family dwelling on property located in Residence AA zone, PID #D04079000.
