LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:


1. 11 Old Mill Road, ZBA Appl. # 7460 by Richard Redniss, Redniss & Mead, Inc.  for property owned by Joseph Feinleib for variances for the construction of two (2) new FEMA compliant residences, swimming pool and for parking located off-site; variances for the cottage for setbacks, coverage, height in feet and setbacks to water bodies, and variances for the principal building for setbacks, coverage, height for stories, parking located off-site and for grading within five (5) feet of the property line on a lot located in Residence B zone, PID #E040580000.


2. 12 Sterling Drive, ZBA Appl. #7473 by Richard Benson for property owned by RB Properties, LLC for a variance for coverage, for renovations and addition to an existing single family dwelling on property located in Residence AA zone, PID #D04079000.


3. 7 Brookside Park, ZBA Appl. #7467 by Robert and Andrea Arnold for property owned by Robert and Andrea Arnold for a variance for setbacks and coverage and to be consistent with the Coastal Area Management Act, for an addition to an existing single family dwelling, on property located in Residence B zone, PID C11117000.


4. 14 Sandpiper Road, ZBA Appl. #7474 by Don Fairbanks for property owned by Michael and Roberta Ashton for a variance for setbacks and coverage to raise the existing single family house to meet current FEMA standards and construct a second floor and attic level additions on property located in Residence A zone, PID C01016000.


5. 8 Brookside Park, ZBA Appl. #7475 by Neil and Yvonne O’Kane for property owned by Neil and Yvonne O’Kane for a variance for coverage for an addition to an existing single family dwelling, on property located in Residence B, PID C11118000.


At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
