LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1.2C Cross Highway: ZBA Appl. #7469 by Wolfram and Marianna Kursten for property owned by Wolfram and Marianna Kursten for a variance for setbacks and coverage, for the expansion of the existing second floor bedroom, and dormers, and to legalize the existing fish pond, patio and trellis, air conditioning unit and pad, and pad for grill, for property located in Residence A zone, PID C11134000.
2.500 Post Road East and 0 Spicer Road: ZBA Appl. #7471 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates LLC, for property owned by French Post Road East, LLC for a variance for setbacks, front landscape, location of parking and relief to minimum parking requirements, for proposed new site lighting and legalizing the perpendicular parking at 0 Spicer Road, and a new patio and site lighting at 500 Post Road East, for property located in the General Business District (GBD) zone, 500 Post Road East, PID E09053000 and 0 Spicer Road, PID D09110000.
3.45 Owenoke Park: ZBA Appl. #7472 by John T. Fifield for property owned by Surfside Partners for a variance for coverage, for proposed driveway modifications and the relocation of the pool and spa, for property located in Residence A zone, PID C03009000.
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
