LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on February 25, 2016, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1.GRANTED - 8 Acorn Lane: Appl. #15-053 by Bryan Nesteriak for property owned by Christian and Candance Mannino for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for excavation and fill, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #E12034000.
2.GRANTED - 521 Riverside Avenue: Appl. #15-059 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by SRC Realty Group, LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval to amend Planning and Zoning Resolution #99-041 to allow a public restaurant, joint parking, reduction of parking and to amend Resolution #01-038 to allow public use of the outdoor eating area, for property located in a RORD #2, PID #B06039000.
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
