At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 the following action was taken:
1.APPEAL DENIED/DECISION UPHELD: 1000 Post Road East, ZBA Appl# 7458 by Attorneys Linda Pesce Laske and Joel Z. 4.GRANTED: 300 Main Street: ZBA Appl. # 7459 by Paul Harris for the property owned by 300 Main Street LLC, for a variance for setbacks for change of roofline and for expanded patio and A/C units in the setbacks, for property located in Residence A zone, PID #C11169000.
