1. 1000 Post Road East:  (The following application is continued from 1/26/16).  No testimony was taken) ZBA Appl. #7458 by Attorneys Linda Pesce Laske and Joel Z. Green on behalf of Westport Ventures, G&M Llorens for an appeal of the issuance of zoning permit #40826 for property at 1000 Post Road East located in the HSD zone, PID # 09057000.


2. 6 Plover Lane:  (The following application is continued from 1/26/16.  Testimony was taken).  ZBA Appl. #7450 by Dennis Puebla for property owned by Dennis Puebla for variances for setbacks and for building and total coverage to raise the house to meet FEMA regulations to construct a new second floor addition with attic and to legalize modifications to driveway and front and rear decks, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID # B02127000.  (The request for a variance for height was withdrawn)


3. 7 Owenoke Park:  ZBA Appl. #7452 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates LLC, for property owned by Robert and Bonnie Adler for a variance for building and total coverage, and for a setback to tidal wetlands to raise existing house to FEMA requirements and to construct two new additions and stairs, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID # D03166000.


4. 300 Main Street:  ZBA Appl. # 7459 by Paul Harris for the property owned by 300 Main Street LLC, for a variance for setbacks for change of roofline and for expanded patio and A/C units in the setbacks, for property located in Residence A zone, PID #C11169000.


5. 1040 Post Road East:  ZBA Appl. #7461 by Sandra and Mel Goldman for property owned by Sandra and Mel Goldman for a variance for a free-standing sign on a lot with less than 100' of frontage, for a sign larger than 32 square feet and located closer than 15' from the property line, for property  located in HSD zone, PID #F09053000.
