LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:


1. 7 Owenoke Park: ZBA Appl. #7452 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates for property owned by Robert and Bonnie Adler for a variance for building and total coverage, and for a setback to tidal wetland for raising the existing house to FEMA requirements and to construct two new additions and stairs for property located in a Residence A zone, PID # D03166000.


2. 300 Main Street: ZBA Appl. # 7459 by Paul Harris for the property owned by 300 Main Street LLC for a variance for setbacks for change of roofline in the setbacks, for property located in Residence A zone, PID #C11169000.


3. 1040 Post Road East: ZBA Appl. # 7461 by Sandra and Mel Goldman for property owned by Sandra and Mel Goldman for a variance for a free-standing sign on a lot with less than 100' of frontage, for a sign larger than 32 square feet and located closer than 15' from the property line located in HSD zone, PID #F09053000.




At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
