LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:


1. 7 Owenoke Park: ZBA Appl. #7452 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates for property owned by Robert and Bonnie Adler for variances to total coverage on a non-conforming lot, for expansion of a non-conforming structure and for setback to a tidal wetland to raising the existing house to FEMA requirements and to construct two new additions and stairs for property located in a Residence A zone, PID # D03166000.
2. 20 Vani Court: ZBA Appl. #7453 by Jean Tanquay for property owned by Jean, Sara and Jeannie Tanquay for a variance to the front setback and building coverage to construct a two story addition on a structure with pre-existing, non-conforming building coverage above 15%  for property located in a Residence B zone, PID# C05087000.
3. 3 Teragram Place: ZBA Appl. #7454 by  Carmel and Kevin Keaveney for property they own for a variance to front setback and for building coverage over 15% to construct a two story addition for property located in a Residence A zone, PID#D10035000.
4. 2A Horseshoe Lane: ZBA Appl. #7455 by Don Fairbanks for property owned by Mark and Linda Mezzullo for a variance to front setback for an addition and interior renovation of an existing structure and to legalize a playset in the front setback for property located in a Residence A zone, PID# C06129000.
5. 17 Tamarac Road: ZBA Appl. #7457 by Nancy Lovas for property owned by Colleen Polson for a variance to side setback for non-conforming lots to construct an addition to a non-conforming structure for property located in a Residence A zone, PID# D11126000.


At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
