LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on January 14, 2016, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
- ADOPTED: Amendment #710, Appl. #15-066 by the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §31-14 (Medical Marijuana Dispensaries and Producers) to extend the existing Moratorium for a period of six (6) months until July 25, 2016. Effective date: 1/22/16
- APPROVED: 645 Post Road East, Appl. #15-056 by Eric D. Bernheim for property owned by Equity One Westport Village Center LLC for a Site Plan approval for a façade renovation for property located in a RBD/Residence A zone, PID #E09070000.
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
