CORRECTED LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION    


Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on December 10, 2015, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action: 


1. ADOPTED:  Amendment #701, Appl. #15-047 by Wendy Van Wie for a text amendment to the zoning regulations Residence Districts; AAA, AA, A, B,
to modify §32-18.1, §32-18.3 (d), §32-18.4, and §32-18.5, Historic Residential Structures (HRS), to add lot area and shape as addition incentives for historic structure preservation. The following sections are also modified to provide a cross reference to incentives for historic structure preservation listed in §32-18: (Lot Area and Shape) in: §11-3, §12-3, §13-3 and §14-3, (Setbacks) in: §11-4, §12-4, §13-4 and §14-4, (Building Height) in: §11-5, §12-5, §13-5 and §14-5 and  (Coverage) in: §11-6, §12-6, §13-6 and §14-6. Effective date: 1-11-16.


The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
