Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on December 10, 2015, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1.ADOPTED: Amendment #701, Appl. #15-047 by Wendy Van Wie for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §32-18.1, §32-18.3 (d), §32-18.4, and §32-18.5 (Historic Residential Structures) and to modify §11-3, §12-3, and §13-3, (Lot Area and Shape), to modify §11-5, §12-5, and §13-5, (Building Height), to modify §11-6, §12-6, and §13-6, (Coverage), to add lot area and shape as additional incentives for historic structure preservation. Effective date: 1/11/16
