LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, the following action was taken:

1. DENIED: 275 North Avenue, ZBA Appl. #7416 by Eric Bernheim for property owned by Elda Captial Corp for a variance for lot area and shape to create two separate lots for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #D16022000.

2. GRANTED: 12 Surf Road, ZBA Appl. #7437 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Andrew and Claire Mann for a variance for coverage for a pool and driveway modification for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B01025000
