Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on December 3, 2015, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1. GRANTED: 274 Riverside Avenue, Appl. #15-052 by Cellco Partnership dba Verizon Wireless, c/o Kenneth C. Baldwin, Robinson & Cole LLP for property owned by Lexham Riverside LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval to add twelve (12) wireless telecommunication antennas on the roof of the building, an emergency back up generator and related radio equipment, for property located in a GBD zone, PID #C08001000.
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
