LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on May 2, 2011, the Administrative Review Committee of the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1. APPROVED: 30 Charles Street, Appl. #11-021 by Barr Assoc. LLC, for property owned by 30 Charles Street, LLC for a Site Plan approval for restaurant renovations for FEMA compliance with replacement of roof-top mechanical units, additions and new dumpster location in a GBD zone, PID # B05092000.
2. APPROVED: 1365 Post Road East (aka 1375 Post Rd East), Appl. #11-026 by Thomas Dwyer for property owned by 157 Easton Road Corp for a Site Plan approval for Outdoor Storage and Display in a GBD zone, PID #G09104000.
The above items were approved/granted with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
