LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:


1. 12 Surf Road:  ZBA Appl. #7437 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Andrew and Claire Mann for a variance for coverage for a pool and driveway modification for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B01025000


2. 8 Wakeman Road:  ZBA Appl. #7439 by Matthew Farlow and Michelle Lee Farlow for property owned by Matthew Farlow and Michelle Lee Farlow for a variance for setbacks for legalization of pool slide in setbacks for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #F08010000.


3. 16 Roseville Road:  ZBA Appl. #7440 by Pablo Hernandez for property owned by Rex Investment LLC for a variance for setbacks for a dormer addition in front setback for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #E09184000.


4. 78 Clinton Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7443 by William Mark Jacobs for property owned by William Mark and Stacia Jacobs for a variance for setbacks for the storage of a boat in the setbacks for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #C14029000.


5. 10 Broadview Road:  ZBA Appl. #7445 by Don Fairbanks for property owned by SIR LLC for a variance of building definition to waive eight (8) foot wall definition, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #B11067000.


At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
