Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a special public hearing on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. in Room 307/309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following additional purpose:

3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to review and approve a waiver of the Town Policy on Encroachments as it relates to a wall located within the Town right-of-way at property known as 3 Hillandale Road, contingent upon compliance with the Town Engineer’s letter of October 26, 2015 and further contingent upon compliance with the requirements of the Chief of the Westport Fire Department.
