NOTICE AND AGENDA

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Historic District Commission will hold a work session at 6:30 p.m. and a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 in Town Hall Room 201 for the following purposes:

WORK SESSION

1.      To review and comment on proposed renovation and expansion at 15 Owenoke Park, c. 1915, located in the Compo/Owenoke National Register District.

PUBLIC HEARING

2.      To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the January 11, 2011 work session and public hearing, the January 25, 2011 special meeting, and the February 8, 2011 work session and public hearing.

3.      To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application for the proposed outdoor display area at 90 Post Road East, Old Town Hall, located in the Jesup Road Historic District.

4.      To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application for proposed changes to the front door at 3 Gorham Avenue located in the Gorham Avenue Historic District.

5.      To approve the request to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 11 Pheasant Lane

6.      To approve the request to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 26 Reichert Circle.
