Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed. Plans and related documents may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.)
I. Public Hearing
1. 40 Harbor Road/Application WPL #8976-11; Application of Mattera Construction Co., LLC for the demolition of an existing residence and the construction of a new residence and associated site improvements. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
2. 8 Imperial Landing/Application WPL #8991-11; Application of Barr Associates for the installation of a boat dock. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
3. 27 Wilton Road/Application WPL #8992-11; Application of Redniss & Mead for the construction of a third level to an existing parking garage and associated site improvements. Portions of the work are within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
