LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING

 

The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall,                 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:

 

  1. 12 Fairfield Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7183 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned Sandra and Thomas Feeley for a variance to Sec 13-4 (Setbacks), Sec 6-3.1 (Non Conforming Setbacks), Sec 13-6 (Coverage), Sec 6-2.2 (Non Conforming Coverage), Sec 6-2.1.1 (Relocation of Non Conforming Building), Sec 6-2.1.6 (New Construction), Sec 6-3 (Non Conforming Lot) for construction of a new single family dwelling over coverage and in the setbacks, in a Res A zone, PID #D03090000.

 

  1. 3 Old Mill Road:  ZBA Appl. #7184 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Jacquelyn Richardson for a variance to Sec 14-4 (Setbacks), Sec 14-5 (Height for feet and number of stories), Sec 14-6 (Coverage), Sec 6-2.2 (Non Conforming Coverage), Sec 6-2.1.6 (New Construction), Sec 6-2.1.7 (Non Conforming Building), to lift existing house and a new terrace and generator in setbacks, over coverage and above allowable height for feet and the number of stories, in a Res B zone, PID #E04054000.

 

  1. 70 North Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7185 by The Board of Education, Town of Westport for property owned by the Town of Westport for a variance to Sec 11-6 (Coverage) for construction of a free standing batting cage at Wakeman Field and legalization of an existing batting cage at Staples High School, in a Res AAA zone, PID #F1207700.

 

  1. 70 North Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7186 by Board of Education, Town of Westport for property owned by Town of Westport for a variance to Sec 11-5 (Height), Sec 11-2.4.8 (Height of Accessory Structures), Sec 11-6 (Coverage) to construct a 20 foot high chain link fence in same location as existing fence in a Res AAA zone, PID #F12077000.

 

  1. 65 Easton Road:  ZBA Appl. #7187 by Board of Education, Town of Westport for property owned by Town of Westport for a variance to Sec 11-6 (Coverage), for construction of a scoreboard at Coleytown Elementary School in  Res AAA zone, PID #D16024000.

 

At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
