LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING

The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:

1. 38 Meadow View Drive: ZBA Appl. #7106 by Dimitrios Pendarakis and Anastasia Kouparousou for property owned by Dimitrios Pendarakis and Anastasia Kouparousou for a variance to Sec 11-4 (Setbacks), Sec 6-3.1 (Non Conforming Setbacks), for legalization of pool equipment in setbacks in a Res AAA zone, PID #D16032000.

2. 9 Silver Brook Road: ZBA Appl. #7112 by Cliff Sirlin for property owned by Cliff and Sue Sirlin for a variance to Sec 11-4 (Setbacks), Sec 6-3 (Non Conforming Lot), for installation of a generator in setbacks in a Res AAA zone, PID #D14037000.

3. 42 Sasco Creek Road: ZBA Appl. #7105 by Eric Bernheim/Lawrence Weisman for property owned by Linda and Andrew Schwartz for a variance to Sec 11-4 (Setbacks), Sec 6-3.1 (Non Conforming Setbacks), to legalize pool equipment in setbacks in a Res AAA zone, PID #I06008000.

4. 10 Island Way: ZBA Appl. #7117 by Olga and William Adler for property owned by Olga and William Adler for a variance to Sec 6-3.1 (Non Conforming Setbacks), Sec 13-4 (Setbacks), Sec 6-2.2 ( Non Conforming Coverage), Sec 13-6 (Coverage), Sec 6-3.3 (Non Conforming Height), Sec 13-5 (Height), Sec 6-2.1.7 (Non Conforming Building) to elevate existing structure to meet FEMA requirements in a Res A zone, PID #B02168000.

5. 340 Compo Road South: Appl. #7118 by Frederick William Hoag Architect for property owned by 340 Compo Road South LLC for a variance to Sec 6-3.1 (Non Conforming Setbacks), Sec 13-4 (Setbacks), Sec 6-2.2 ( Non Conforming Coverage), Sec 13-6 (Coverage), Sec 6-3.3 (Non Conforming Height), Sec 13-5 (Height), Sec 6-2.1.7 (Non Conforming Building) to elevate existing structure to FEMA requirements in a Res A zone, PID #D03075000.

At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
