Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of June 11, 2012 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 4 Lehn Farm Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9123-12 by Land-Tech Consultants, Inc. on behalf of Cottage Lane LLC to renovate residence within the existing footprint, driveway addition, drainage and plantings.
2. 10 Reimer Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9138-12 by James Lamb on behalf of Daniel & Ashley Hartman for a new entry, second story addition and interior renovations.
3. 17 Joann Circle: Application #AA,WPL/E-9139-12 by Lynda M Torstenson for a generator and propane tank.
4. 1 Tomahawk Lane: Application #WPL/E-9141-12 by John Andros for additions to residence including a 3-car attached garage an, driveway and drainage.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
