2. Review of Meeting with Hiram Peck of 6/14 with consideration for:
a). The proposal from consultant Pat Pinell (attached),
b). Overall reaction to Hiram Peck presentation to the group,
c). Review of proposal from Hiram Peck and follow up questions,
d). Impacts to timeline and process of Hiram’s proposal,
e). Seek other proposals-target planning consulting firms not stand alone consultants,
3. Consideration for the addition of additional Committee Members,
4. Other matters that may arise during the discussions and update of Committee members.
