Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of May 21, 2012 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 12 Cranbury Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9119-12 by Yuli & Laurel Syah for a fence around the pool.
2. 14 Jennings Court: Application #AA,WPL/E-9120-12 by Meehan & Ramos Pools on behalf of Michael Alpert to construct an inground pool, patio, fence and mechanicals.
3. 11 Summer Hill Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9124-12 by Curt Cullin on behalf of Karen H. Sallick to replace an existing deck with a new deck, a portion of the deck to have a roof above and interior renovations.
4. 345 Greens Farms Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9125-12 by Richard Altman on behalf of Peter & Laurie Constantino for a 20’ gazebo.
5. 5 Ledgemoor Lane: Application #AA,WPL-9126-12 by LCP Homes on behalf of Westport Building Co. LLC for the demolition of an existing home and the construction of a new single family residence connected to sewer.
