Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of May 14, 2012 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 10 Joann Circle: Application #AA,WPL/E-9112-12 by Todd Ronagna on behalf of Rolande Elorza for a septic repair.
2. 76 Bulkley Avenue North: Application #AA,WPL/E-9113-12 by Mousumi Bhattacharya to construct a Bilco door for basement access.
