WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION

May 16, 2012

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decision on May 16, 2012 at a Show Cause Hearing held in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Water Courses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses.

17 Woodway Lane:  The decision to issue a Cease and Correct Order to Divyesh and Krishna R Patel for tree clearing within a Conservation Restriction Area without a permit was AFFIRMED.  

The file may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
