LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on May 3, 2012, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1. ADOPTED AS MODIFED: Amendment #645: Appl. # 12-001 by Lawrence P. Weisman for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify Sec 34-5 (Parking Requirements Table) to delete parking requirements for theaters, except within the BCD and BCD/H and places of worship and to add parking requirements for places of worship and theaters, using a standard of the greater of (a) 1 space for each 35 SF of the sanctuary or theater or; (b) 1 space for each 40 SF of all rooms, other than the sanctuary or theater, used for social functions. Effective date: 6/4/12
The above item was adopted with modifications, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
