Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of April 23, 2012 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 70 North Avenue: Application #AA,WPL/E-9094-12 by the Staples Gridiron Club on behalf of the Town of Westport to demolish the existing concession stand and to construct a new concession stand with toilet facilities.
2. 2 Hockanum Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9098-12 by Todd Geisman for a driveway addition, to replace the pool deck and fence.
3. 12 Broad Street: Application #AA,WPL/E-9100-12 by Pools by Murphy on behalf of Steven Tricarico for a 16’ by 32’ inground swimming pool, patio, fence and mechanicals.
4. 6 Christmas Lake Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9101-12 by Signature Pools on behalf of Melissa Lynch to construct a 20’ by 44’ inground swimming pool, spa, deck, mechanicals and fence.
5. 2 Larch Tree Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9102-12 by Laura Fishman for a generator.
6. 105A Old Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9103-12 by Mansi Singh to construct a deer fence.
7. 117 Newtown Turnpike: Application #AA,WPL/E-9104-12 by Hoang & Tabitha Nguyen for additions and driveway expansion.
8. 79 Newtown Turnpike (aka 333 Wilton Road): Application #AA,WPL/E-9105-12 by Land-Tech Consultants on behalf of the Three Bears Associates for interior renovations to convert restaurant to synagogue, new brick patio and sidewalk, and new driveway at south side of the parking lot.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
