1. Review 2012 Budgets
2. Discuss any general concerns or issues we may have going forward
3. Discuss 2011 Fire Department Annual Report and an After Action Report for Hurricane Irene
4. Discuss traffic concerns and town wide initiatives for improvement i.e. Kings Highway North, Improvements at Sylvan & Post Road etc.
