In accordance with section 15.4 of the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses for Westport, Connecticut, a Show Cause Hearing of the Westport Conservation Commission will be held on Monday, April 30, 2012 at 9:30 am in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to consider a Cease & Correct Order issued to the property owner of 17 Woodway Lane (Lot: 021 Map: A16) for tree clearing within a Conservation Restriction Area without a permit.
