Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of April 9, 2012 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 2 Manitou Court: Application #WPL/E-9086-12 by Barr Associates on behalf of Schmiedeck Construction LLC for extensive house additions, proposed patio, new driveway, septic, drainage, a/c unit and generator.
2. 11 Woody Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9088-12 by Chad Rogers on behalf of Esthel Palmer for a generator.
3. 20 Bobwhite Drive: Application #AA,WPL/E-9089-12 by Frangione Engineering on behalf of David Stallone for legalization of clearing, grubbing, and drainage with restoration landscaping.
4. 50 Center Street: Application #AA,WPL/E-9090-12 by Pieka Construction on behalf of Kenneth & Lorraine Palumbo for a pool house with a ½ bath and outside shower.
5. 4 Ledgemoor Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9093-12 by LCP Homes on behalf of 17 Ledgemoor LC to finish the 3rd floor and to finish a bathroom in the basement.
