Conservation Department Notice of Decisions

LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS



Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of March 26, 2012 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 12 Lone Pine Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9072-12 by Wright Homeworks LLC on behalf of John & Patricia Palmieri for the addition of a bay window, window well, fireplace, propane tank, and interior renovations.
2. 19 Bobwhite Drive: Application #AA,WPL/E-9073-12 by Michelle Wiles for a generator.
3. 10 Plunkett Place: Application #AA,WPL/E-9074-12 by Bill Tarala on behalf of Mitchell Rieder for a generator.
4. 12 North Avenue: Application #AA,WPL/E-9075-12 by Karen Christofferson to replace a fence.
5. 187 Sturges Highway: Application #AA,WPL/E-9076-12 by Konstantinos Papadopoulos for an addition to the second floor with interior renovations.
6. 450 Post Road East: Application #AA,WPL/E-9077-12 by Gus Pappajohn on behalf of Baywater Properties to replace wood deck and patio and construct new open trellis.
7. 15 Salem Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9078-12 by John & Donna O’Donnell for a front porch addition and to legalize rear deck.
8. 29 Sturges Common: Application #AA,WPL/E-9079-12 by Mattera Construction Co. LLC to construct a pool, spa, patio, mechanicals, sports court, driveway addition, and associated drainage.
9. 9 Woodside Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9081-12 by Stonebridge Associates on behalf of Greg Peterson for a patio addition, relocate fence, install plants and expand lawn.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
