Notice of a meeting is hereby given for the purpose of discussion of the following agenda. Members of the Committee will discuss these points and others that may develop; members of the public are encouraged to attend.

1. Call to order and review Minutes from previous Meeting,
2. Review of the RTM LRP meeting of March 28, 2012,
3. Date for Meeting with the P&Z and thoughts on presentation,
4. Planning for meetings with other groups, priority of groups and
content of meetings, general or subject/group specific,
5. Use of 2020 Logo, and web site thoughts,
6. Other items that may arise during the discussions and update of
Committee members.
