To discuss and make recommendations to the full RTM on this resolution:
To take such action as the meeting may determine, to reject the arbitration decision in the matter of the Town of Westport and the Public Works Bargaining Unit, case # 2010 NBA 104, dated March 20, 2012, and to request that a second review panel of arbitrators be appointed to review the decision.
