Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of February 27, 2012 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 131 Sturges Highway: Application #AA,WPL/E-9059-12 by Russell Bailas on behalf of Matthew Shiel for a generator.
2. 9 Woodside Avenue: Application #AA,WPL/E-9060-12 by Giglio Electric on behalf of 9 Woodside LLC for a generator.
