LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of January 22, 2024 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 299 North Avenue:Application #AA,WPL/E-11822-23 by Remigusz Ludwin to install a pool, retaining wall, breezeway, driveway expansion and LP tank.
2. 7 Wakeman Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11864-23 by Eric Jacobson on behalf of Pranov Mohindross for a one story addition, a two story addition, a front portico and interior renovations.
3. 144 Roseville Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11865-23 by Michel Iacono on behalf of Jeffrey Kuhr and Aimee Bernstein to install a pool and mechanicals.
4. 9 Cypress Pond Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11875-23 by Bryan Flemming on behalf of Brian Lynch to install a generator and two propane tanks.
5. 6 Old Orchard Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11877-24 by Pools by DaSilva on behalf of 6 Old Orchard LLC to install a pool, patio and mechanicals. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
