LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on February 16, 2012, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1. GRANTED: 55 Compo Road South, Appl. #12-003 by Ellen DeHuff, Saugatuck Nursery School for property owned by First Church of Christ Scientist for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a nursery school in a Res A zone, PID #D09053000.
The above items were approved/granted with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
