LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Remote Public Hearing on Monday, December 2, 2024, at 6:00 PM   

The public may attend using the link to be published on the agenda prior to the meeting. The meeting agenda will be available at www.westportct.gov on the “Meeting List and Calendar” web page one week prior to the meeting. The agenda may contain additional items not requiring notice in the newspaper for which public testimony may be received.

1. 11 Edgemarth Hill Road: Subdivision Appl. PZ-24-00621 submitted by Andy Soumelidis for property owned by Venti LLC for a requested 2-lot Subdivision of property located in a Residence AA district, PID #E07069000.
2. 70 North Avenue: Special Permit/Site Plan Appl. PZ-24-00636 submitted by Peter Romano, LANDTECH, for property owned by the Town of Westport to renovate and expand Wakeman Town Farm barn, located in Residence AAA district, PID #F12077000.
