Historic District Commission Public Hearing

LEGAL NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 in Town Hall Room 102 for the following purposes:
1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the final study report for the proposed local historic property designation at 42 Compo Road North.
2. To approve the minutes of the January 10, 2012 public hearing, January 11, 2012 work session, and January 18, 1012 work session.
3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application for the replacement of third floor dormer windows at 60 Jesup Road located in the Jesup Road Historic District.
4. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application for the replacement of sunroom windows at 24 Evergreen Avenue located in the Evergreen Avenue Historic District.
5. To review and comment on the proposed cleaning and repair of the building and the proposed addition to the National Hall building c.1870 at 2 Post Road West in the Historic Design District.
6. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 10 Keenes Road.
7. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 35 Silent Grove North.
