Legal Notice

Notice is hereby given that at its regular meeting of February 14, 2024, the Westport Board of Selectwomen approved the following resolution:

RESOLVED, that in accordance with Town Charter Chapter C4-6, upon the recommendation of the Parks & Recreation Commission (PRC), the following Proposed Policy Changes:

1. The elimination of the requirement of a handpass to register for participation in designated Parks and Recreation Department sponsored programs.

2. All handpass categories entitle the holder to free use of Staples Pool during times allotted to the Westport Parks and Recreation Department, in addition to Longshore Pools.

And the proposed 2024 Parks & Recreation fees, as posted with the Town Clerk’s Office on January 25, 2024 and February 14, 2024  are hereby APPROVED.
