Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee of the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board will hold an electronic public meeting on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at 7:00 PM for the following purpose:

1. To approve minutes from the November 8, 2023, meeting. 

    

2. To review and comment on the proposed awnings signage at 1 Main Street (aka 19 Post Road East) (Parcel ID# C09/133/000) submitted John Massari, Accent Signs & Awnings, for property owned by Winwest Library LLC and Olneywood Associates. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

    

3. To discuss and review potential plans at 44 Bulkley Avenue.

    

4. To adjourn the meeting.
