Notice of Meeting

The RTM Rules Committee will meet on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 7:30pm in room 201 of Town Hall.

Agenda

The Rules committee will continue the discussion regarding public participation in, and access to, RTM meetings. The Committee will consider:

1. Public participation at RTM meetings.
2. Procedure for placing petitioned items on the agenda.
3. Sense of the meeting resolutions. 

No votes are anticipated at this preliminary meeting.
