III. To Hear, Consider, and Act Upon Election of Committee Officers for 2024.

IV. To Hear, Consider, and Act Upon 2024 Meeting Dates.

V. WIN-WASTE (Wheelabrator).

a. To Receive Update on Status of Operations for FY 2023-2024.

b. Scheduled shutdowns and interruptions for FY 2023-2024.

VI. To Hear Financial Update for FY 2023-2024.

a. Revenue and Expense Report from the Treasurer.

VII. To Discuss WIN-Waste (Wheelabrator) Contract Negotiations.

It is anticipated that the GBRSWIC will vote to go into Executive Session for such discussion:
