LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of October 16 and October 23, 2023 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 26 Morningside Drive South:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11812-23 by Lucio’s Masonry on behalf of Brook Farms Development LLC for construction of a new home on newly subdivided lot. 
2. 22 Morningside Drive South:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11813-23 by Lucio’s Masonry on behalf of Bankside Development LLC for construction of a new home on a newly subdivided lot. 
3. 57 Sylvan Road North:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11816-23 by Nancy Lovas on behalf of Scott & Katharine Lombardo for a second floor addition and porch expansion. 
4. 12 Reimer Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11826-23 by SA Financial LLC for a sewer line extension and hook-up. 
5. 148 Old Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11829-23 by Amandio da Silva on behalf of Rob Haroun for a pool, patio, and mechanicals. 
6. 1A Meadowbrook Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11830-23 by Jennifer & Zachary Resnick for a playset. 
7. 156 Cross Highway:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11831-23 by Tomasz Geremek for an underground electrical line. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
