7:00pm – Finance Committee

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Town Assessor, to approve an appropriation in the amount of $30,000 to the Capital and Non-Recurring Account for the 2020 Revaluation.

2. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Town Assessor, to approve an appropriation in the amount of $800,000 to the Capital and Non-Recurring Account for the 2025 Revaluation of all Properties in Westport.

7:30pm - Finance & Education Committees

3. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Superintendent of Schools, to approve an appropriation in the amount of $1,367,260, for the Board of Education FY24 building projects.

4. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Board of Finance and a request of the Superintendent of Schools, to approve an appropriation in the amount of $463,000, for the Board of Education health insurance FY24 budgetary shortfall.

5. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Finance Director, to approve the Collective Bargaining Agreement (Arbitration Award) between the Town of Westport and the Westport Firefighters Union IAFF, Local #1081 for the period covering July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2025, and to appropriate the sum of $___In Process____ to the 2023-2024 fiscal year budget.

6. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the chair of the employee compensation committee, to review and recommend a cost-of-living adjustment to the First Selectwoman’s salary.
